Application Approval Requirements

• Income: Household gross annual income must be at least three (3) times the annual rent.

• Job History: Applicants should have been with their current employer for a minimum of 6 months. Time spent with a previous employer in the same field may be considered toward this requirement. Most recent pay stubs will be required for income verification.
   

• Credit Score: A minimum credit score of 600 is required for all applicants, unless otherwise stated in the individual property advertisement.
   

• Rental History: No prior evictions will be accepted.
   

• Property Hold Policy: We cannot hold a property for more than two (2) weeks. Approved applicants must be prepared to take possession of the property within two weeks of approval or the property's advertised availability date, whichever applies.
